Purpose and independent value

LudoVideo is a release-production workflow, not a replacement interface for YouTube. It creates multiple campaign assets from music, artwork and metadata supplied by the authorised team, keeps those assets organised by release, coordinates a render queue and prepares publication settings in one place.

The YouTube integration is an optional final step: it removes a manual download-and-reupload operation after the user has reviewed the finished video and its publication settings.

Connection to YouTube

LudoVideo uses Google OAuth and the YouTube Data API v3. The user signs in directly with Google, selects an authorised channel and confirms the detected channel identity inside LudoVideo. Connecting an account does not upload anything.

LudoVideo never asks for or stores a Google or YouTube password. It is an independent application operated by Estrela Records SAS and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Google or YouTube.

Permissions requested

https://www.googleapis.com/auth/youtube.uploadUsed to upload the exact video, thumbnail and publication metadata approved by the user to the selected channel.

LudoVideo does not request access to comments, subscriptions, watch history, analytics, financial data, contacts or email. It does not download video or audio from YouTube.

Specific approval before every upload

Before an upload or an automatic post-export handoff can be enabled, the user must review the destination channel, source asset, title, description, audience declaration, altered or synthetic-content declaration, visibility and optional publication time. The user must also certify that the content complies with the YouTube Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.

YouTube can be selected or deselected independently from other platforms. No upload, visibility change or scheduling action is performed merely because a channel was connected.

Data, storage and sharing

LudoVideo stores the confirmed channel identity, an encrypted OAuth refresh token, user-approved publication metadata, YouTube video identifiers and publication status. A short-lived access token is handled only on the server. A temporary immutable copy of the selected upload file may be retained while the upload is prepared or retried.

Data is sent to Google and YouTube only to perform the requested connection, upload, thumbnail or status action. Technical hosting and storage providers may process data solely on Estrela Records' instructions. Authorised Google or YouTube data is not sold, used for advertising, shared for unrelated purposes or used to train generalised AI models.

Revoke access and delete data

The “Revoke and delete” control in LudoVideo revokes the Google OAuth authorisation and removes associated local YouTube connection and publication data. Users can also remove access from Google Account permissions.

Deleting LudoVideo data does not delete videos already hosted by YouTube; those remain under the user's control in YouTube Studio. See the complete deletion instructions.

Access and support

LudoVideo is currently available by invitation to authorised Estrela Group teams. Reviewers receive temporary application access and step-by-step test instructions privately with the Google or YouTube review submission; no reviewer credentials are published on this website.
