Authorised use

Access is personal and may not be shared. Users must connect only accounts they are authorised to manage and must comply with the rules of YouTube, Google, Instagram and Meta.

YouTube Terms

By using LudoVideo's YouTube features, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service, including the applicable YouTube Community Guidelines. You should also review the Google Privacy Policy.

Content rights

The user remains responsible for all music, artwork, videos, captions and metadata submitted to LudoVideo. By starting a publication, the user confirms that they hold the rights and permissions required for the selected content and destination.

Specific publication approval

Before an upload or post-export YouTube handoff is enabled, the user must review the destination channel, source file, title, description, audience declaration, altered or synthetic-content declaration, visibility and optional schedule. The user must expressly confirm the upload and certify that the content complies with YouTube's Terms and Community Guidelines.

LudoVideo follows the values confirmed by the authorised user. The user remains responsible for the selected privacy setting, any “made for kids” designation and all metadata supplied. Platform processing times, moderation decisions and outages remain outside Estrela Records' control.

Connection and deletion

Users can revoke LudoVideo's Google authorisation and delete associated local YouTube data from the application. Additional instructions are provided on the data deletion page. Removing LudoVideo data does not remove videos already hosted by YouTube.

Availability

The service may change, pause or remove features as platform APIs evolve. We may suspend access that threatens security, infringes rights or violates platform policies.

LudoVideo is an independent application. Google and YouTube do not operate, sponsor or endorse it.
